Orders

  • After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email, specifying the delivery date. Generally, orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Wednesdays and public holidays) from the date of confirmation.
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
  • The availability of products is displayed online and updated regularly. However, this information should not be relied upon as a definitive statement of product stock availability.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Insufficient stock for the customer’s order;
    • Inability to arrange delivery to the customer’s location; or
    • Incorrect pricing of one or more items due to human or computer error.
  • If an ordered item is out of stock, with the customer’s consent, we may substitute it with a similar item.
  • If we do not obtain the customer’s prior consent, no substitution will be made, and a refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items.

Pricing

  • Product prices are as indicated on the date of the order.
  • We will make all reasonable commercial efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our website.
  • Prices promoted on this website are only applicable to online shopping through our eShop service. Prices of certain items may differ from those in our physical stores. The prices are listed solely to guide the customer.
  • If we mistakenly price a product too low and notify you of this before dispatching the product, we will not be obliged to supply that product at the incorrect price.

Payment

  • Customers hereby declare and warrant that they are the legal holder or authorized user of the payment instrument used for the order.
  • Please verify that the product names and quantities are correct before making the payment. Once confirmed, no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cash conversions will be allowed under any circumstances.
  • If we cancel an order after any payment has been made, we will refund the amount deducted from the payment instrument used by the customer. The customer agrees and accepts that we are not liable to provide any compensation for any dissatisfaction or inconvenience caused.
  • We accept payments through the methods displayed on our website. By placing an order, the customer authorizes us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of the order when accepted. Ownership of the goods will not transfer to the customer until payment is received.
  • We use third-party payment services for online transactions. By placing an order, the customer agrees and accepts that their payment information will be collected, processed, and retained by us and the payment service provider under their terms and conditions. The customer agrees and accepts sole responsibility for any losses incurred or arising from any transaction, and we shall not be liable for any such losses in any circumstances.
 

Delivery Service

  • Customers outside of Hong Kong are responsible for all overseas shipping costs, applicable duties, taxes, and related fees for their orders. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
  • After payment, customers will receive an “Order Confirmation Email.” Due to possible misclassification by email service providers, please also check your junk/spam folder.
  • For orders with a net value of HK$300 or above, free delivery is offered (surcharges apply to remote areas). For orders below HK$300, customers can opt for commercial area courier or self-pickup at SF Express stations or lockers in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories. Freight charges start at HK$28, calculated by weight and volume.

  • Self-pickup: Must be collected between 7 to 30 working days after purchase.
  • Delivery is usually arranged through our courier within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Wednesdays and public holidays) after order confirmation. Promotion periods may extend this timeline.
  • Delivery service is available in Hong Kong, excluding outlying islands, Discovery Bay, restricted areas like Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, etc.
  • To change your order details (e.g., address or additional items), notify us at least 3 working days (excluding Wednesdays and public holidays) before the original delivery date.
  • If we need to change the shipping date for any reason, we will notify you of the new date as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are for reference only. We are not liable for any early or delayed shipments, regardless of the cause or notification.
  • We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses due to delivery delays or omissions caused by:
  • If the customer requests the goods to be left outside the designated address or collected by the building management office, we will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such requests.
  • Delivery dates may change or be delayed due to shipping conditions and weather. Final delivery dates are subject to our decision.

Additional Charges

  • An additional service fee of HK$20 per floor is charged if the delivery location does not have an elevator.
  • Additional fees apply for delivery at a specified time.
  • If the initial delivery attempt fails, a service fee of HK$50 will be charged for each subsequent delivery attempt.

Return and Refund Policy

  • All products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  • Customers must inspect products for damage, errors, or quality issues upon receipt. If there are such issues, take photos of the product and email the order confirmation and product photos within 2 days of receipt to hkoc.medical@gmail.com.
  • We only accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if the product is damaged, incorrect, or has quality issues. Store pickup services do not accept returns or refunds.
  • In exceptional cases at our sole discretion, we may refund the amount involved in the online purchase. Current refund methods include:
      • After confirmation, we will refund the paid amount to the account used to purchase the item.
      • For payments made via credit card, refunds will be processed to the same credit card account only.
      • Products purchased with official website-exclusive discounts and eligible for refunds due to damage, errors, or quality issues will be refunded based on the discounted net amount.
  • Acceptance of product replacements is subject to stock availability and must be unused and in the original selling condition. Non-compliant returns will not be approved for refunds.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment account (credit card or another agreed method). Refunds typically take about 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Customers agree and accept that product replacement depends on stock supply.

 

Ownership

  • The risk of all products transfers to the customer upon delivery. However, we retain ownership of the products until full payment has been received.

Indemnification

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold us, including all our directors, employees, and contractors, harmless from any losses, damages, claims, demands, liabilities, costs (including legal fees), and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or negligence related to the use of this website.

Disclaimer

  • Product prices on our online store may differ from those in our physical stores.
  • Prices for products are as listed on the online store at the time of ordering.
  • All fees, terms, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
